Job description:

  • Act on new regulations, maintenance requirements, and aircraft type-related instructions;
  • Create and maintain Aircraft Maintenance Programs, aligning with customer needs and requirements;
  • Monitor airworthiness status and oversee timely maintenance execution by issuing work packages to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities;
  • Analyze maintenance-related parameters and enhance aircraft maintenance programs;
  • Serve as a liaison between mechanics/engineers and operators/manufacturers;
  • Assume responsibilities as a Design Engineer, creating design changes under Part-21 legislation.

Requirements:

  • ✅ HBO degree or equivalent in Aviation Management/Aeronautical Engineering or relevant experience in an international work environment; 
  • ✅ Basic understanding of EASA legislation related to Part-M and Part-21 is advantageous;
  • ✅ Experience with aircraft system and structural design is a plus;
  • ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, CAD software, and database environments;
  • ✅ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
  • ✅ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with deadlines;
  • ✅ Proactive, customer-focused, team player with an accurate and conscientious work attitude. 


As a Customer Service Engineer, play a crucial role in supporting lessors and airline Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMOs) with specialized maintenance management services.
